Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. While we do understand that emergencies come up we ask that you notify us 48 hours prior for any changes to avoid penalty.
Please provide a cancellation notice at least (48 hours) before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of your deposit.
If you cancel your appointment less than (24 hours) before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a penalty/fee/rebooking charge of 50% of the booked treatment.
No shows will be charged 100% of booked treatment.
